As we are an on-line company all help and support is currently via e-mail. It is not that we don’t want to talk to you; it’s just that we don’t want to employ lots of staff waiting for phone calls initially as this would push up the advertising prices and that is what we will always seek to avoid.
If you encounter something that you don’t understand, please e-mail us with your question and we will get back to you within 24 hours (Monday – Friday), but in most cases it is usually right away.
Whilst we have researched your requirements thoroughly, we are happy to take suggestions for improvements and will consider requests for business categories that are not currently listed.
